I think the css files are generated by theme-importer.ts and figma-importer.ts.
Kindly make sure that this does not happen again when you run those scripts.
./run-importers.sh will run these.
Also kindly ask Margus for more details. I am not sure if he ran these scripts before for these two css files or he just manually added them.
