Working on improving testing

• Removes Jest in favour of Playwright because mocking things breaks my heart 😂
• Add start of login test
• Update ESLint to not cry because of the conflicts between jest/playwright

Any Breaking changes:

• Unit tests with Jest no longer work (it's only two) and need to be updated and caught with e2e. Commented so I can use them as a reference and not forget them.
