This repository was renamed from tryn-api to opentransit-state-api to make its purpose clearer and to move towards a consistent naming convention for the different OpenTransit repos. This PR updates the "tryn-api" and "orion" references in the documentation, configuration, and code to opentransit-state-api and opentransit-collector, respectively. The S3 bucket is now specified by the environment variable OPENTRANSIT_S3_BUCKET. Any existing users would need to change their local configuration accordingly.
