Update CLOMonitor project name in some projects

Did we mess something up before? Wondering how so many names needed to be fixed?

The clomonitor_name field is used to map entries in the landscape data file with the CLOMonitor/CLOTributor data files @castrojo. The goal is to merge them at some point. But until that's done, this is expected every now and then to keep them in sync (i.e. new projects are added, others are archived, etc). So no need to worry 🙂
