(feat) Short Circuiting && and || (#65)

Engine has been adapted to support short-circuiting #61.

While tests have been adapted, there is currently **no** way to check if
the short-circuiting is happening (apart from just looking at it). In
order to test this, we need #64 , which will be the next Engine focus.
