Update jet AOD/RECO event content

Reduce the number of jet collections in AOD and RECO

In addition two remaining ak5->ak4 transitions are performed in HLTriggerOffline/SUSYBSM and topDQM.

Full list of changes:

Drop ak5 collections (PF, Calo, and Gen)
Increase ak4PFJets and ak4PFJetsCHS pT thresholds from 3 to 5 GeV
Increase ak4CaloJets pT threshold from 3 to 10 GeV
Drop ak8PFJets (only keep ak8PFJetsCHS)
Increase ak8PFJetsCHS pT threshold from 3 to 50 GeV
Drop kT and iterative cone Jets and GenJets. This implies no kt rho calculation (standard = fixed grid rho)
Add ak5CastorJets
Replace pruning with soft drop
