Latest updates in DQM/TrackingMonitorSource for data/MC comparisons for the Tracking POG

PR description:

This pull request contains the implementation of the latest distributions and plugins which are used by the Tracking POG for their data/MC comparisons. So there are basically new observables which the standard code doesn't contain but also different filters which allow to select events and/or tracks more specifically (for example Z->dilepton, ttbar).
