I think unit test errors are related to the failures in IBs, maybe we should test it again once the errors are gone.

agree that unit tests failures are not related to this and there is no need to rerun tests.

This pull request is fully signed and it will be integrated in one of the next IB/CMSSW_13_1_X/rootmaster IBs (but tests are reportedly failing). This pull request will now be reviewed by the release team before it's merged. @perrotta, @dpiparo, @rappoccio (and backports should be raised in the release meeting by the corresponding L2)
