reco comparisons: updated maps and monitoring for new products

Reco comparisons map is updated:

• for a newly added workflow Run3 fast sim 11634.301 from Add Run-3 FastSim wf to runTheMatrix cmssw#37493
• GPU workflow mappings were added for somewhat commonly used workflows (I checked several recent PRs)

Add monitoring for new branches (based on diff of products in 1230pre2 vs 1240pre4)

• beamSpotTable from BeamSpot + Rho variables in nanoAODs cmssw#36037
• genProtonTable from [PPS][NanoAOD] Generator-level proton information cmssw#36080
• displacedMuons from Add new reco::Muon 'displacedMuons' collection to AOD and MiniAOD cmssw#37805
