POG-165 [chore]: NestJS 환경에서 ioredis 클라이언트 사용을 위한 nestjs-redis 라이브러리 설치

1. 기존 cache-manager, cache-manager-ioredis 라이브러리 삭제
2. nestjs-redis 라이브러리에서 RedisCoreModule에서 참조 관련 문제가 발생함으로, dependencies 수정
