Add button to 'maxed' lists to load all entities

• Lists can be configured with a max amount of entities to fetch. When fetching all entities this is checked and aborted if total is over the max amount. User see's 'maxed' message instead of list
• Added 'fetch all' style button to this message
• Fetching all ignores the configured max amount
• Fixes Scalability: Add button to load maxed lists #4179
• Contributes to Scalability: Improve handling of 'maxed' lists #4180
