Switch to OpenSUSE Leap 1.5.1

  • We also squash images - this leads to smaller container images.
  • Ruby 2.5. is installed by default, so this is cleaner
  • MariaDB 10.2.N is installed, so we need to update the entrypoint script accordingly
  • Change tag from opensuse to leap15_1 - this ensures we don't break anyone using the existing base images
