What version of Wrangler are you using?

2.6.2

What operating system are you using?

Mac

Describe the Bug

While I can use wrangler dev --local just fine, when switching to --experimental-local, I suddenly need to log in:

$ wrangler dev --experimental-local
Attempting to login via OAuth...
Opening a link in your default browser: https://dash.cloudflare.com/oauth2/...

This login requirement seems unnecessary and surprising, could we remove it please?
