[poetry] Poetry.build fails on terms that support ansi color. #778

poetry build emits color codes around the build artifact name
on some terminals (windows conemu). Failure looks like this:

OSError: [WinError 123] The filename, directory name, or volume label
syntax is incorrect:
'dist\\x1b[32mnox_poetry-1.0.0-py3-none-any.whl\x1b[0m'

`poetry build` emits color codes around the build artifact name
