Hello, i have been testing APIv3 calls against several versions of CIVICRM on WP5.0.4 and for 5.13.0 there is no response at all, this works well till 5.12.0. Any insights on this ? My instances are standardised WP with the different versions of CIVICRM. Thanks.

Can you please clarify what version of the api you are using? This is the issue queue for api v4, but you mentioned v3 in your OP.
