There are new patches against this ticket https://issues.civicrm.org/jira/browse/CRM-15656 which I think are more correct. Also note recent changes have been merged against wp-cli. I'm going to close this as it is stale and I believe it is superceded. Feel free to rebase & open a new PR if you disagree. |

This is really Stephen's patch from here https://github.com/spalmstr/civicrm-core/blob/master/CRM/Core/DAO.php, but I based it on master.
