Minimal fix for new enotice on case.subject

Overview

Fixes an enotice from #15370 - we decided to merge that & then fix the notice as it was identified in review

The new enotice is caused by treating it as a LIKE string rather than a strict match (which is generally
a good thing)

@seamuslee001 this is really the 'quick fix' on this - I think it's good to just get this out of the way & hone more next round as a generic fix
