Overview

This ensures that if the contact groups is memory backed it is cleared as per legacy behaviour

Seems consistent with the others . but - all these caches feel kinda weird TBH - why aren't they all just in the main cache

As discussed the question is kinda big picture - this ties in closely with an already merged PR so merge-on-pass
