I'm merging this on the basis it is low-risk & has been reviewed as part of case ui work

@joannechester This change affects the layout in the screen "Administer => CiviCase => Case Types" -- it moves the "Roles" into the tab bar and removes some of the headings ("Roles", "Activities"). The layout should look a bit tighter/more-compact. Should we log something somewhere about updating https://docs.civicrm.org/user/en/latest/case-management/set-up/ ?
