Awesome! You just created a pull request to the Citation Styles Language styles repository. One of our human volunteers will try to get in touch soon (usually within a week). In the meantime, I will run some automated checks. You should be notified of the results in a few minutes.

If you haven't done so yet, please make sure your style validates and follows all our other Style Requirements.

To update this pull request, visit the "Files changed" tab above, click on the ellipsis button in the top-right corner of your style, and then select "Edit file" to start editing:

If you have any questions, please leave a comment and we'll get back to you. While we usually respond in English, feel free to write in whatever language you're most comfortable.

😟 There are some issues with your submission.

2 tests failed

apa-uoc-style: style ID must be of the form "http://www.zotero.org/styles/" + style file name (without ".csl" extension, e.g. "http://www.zotero.org/styles/apa")

expected: "http://www.zotero.org/styles/apa-uoc-style"
     got: "http://www.zotero.org/styles/apa-uoc-śtyle"

(compared using ==)

apa-uoc-style: "self" link must match the style ID

expected: "http://www.zotero.org/styles/apa-uoc-style"
     got: "http://www.zotero.org/styles/apa-uoc-śtyle"

(compared using ==)

Please check the test report for details.

Thanks! Is there a particular reason you based the style on APA 6th edition instead of APA 7th edition introduced in 2018?

apa-uoc-ŝtyle error changed to apa-uoc-style

I need the author's name to be seen in full, not abbreviated.
It's a suggestion from my university to show women's names.
I already use this style locally, but I want my colleagues to use it.

I understand the change you are making with the style, but could you explain why you used the old version APA 6th edition instead of 7th edition?

Is full first names the only change to APA 7
@bwiernik I'd consider creating an APA version for this that we can point to. Organization Studies is the same thing

@cespinoa Thanks! I included a version of this style in #5812.

It is titled universitat-oberta-de-catalunya-apa.csl (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya - APA) to be consistent with the repository style guidelines.
