build(deps): bump trim and next-mdx-remote

Removes [trim](https://github.com/Trott/trim). It's no longer used after updating ancestor dependency [next-mdx-remote](https://github.com/hashicorp/next-mdx-remote). These dependencies need to be updated together.


Removes `trim`

Updates `next-mdx-remote` from 3.0.8 to 4.4.1
