Story

As a screen reader user,
I need each "View," "Change," and "Add" link to have unique, descriptive accessible names,
So that I can quickly understand what each link does and which content it is associated with.

Site administration | Django site admin (cloud.gov)

Acceptance Criteria

  • Unique Accessible Names:
  • Use aria-label or aria-labelledby attributes to provide descriptive names for each link.
  • Testing:
  • Ensure screen readers like NVDA, JAWS, and VoiceOver announce unique, descriptive names for each link.
  • Verify the link purpose is clear when read in isolation or within its context.
  • Review Across Pages:
  • Check all pages where this issue occurs and apply consistent fixes to all affected links.

Additional Context

  • Collaborate with design team member to ensure the page meets WCAG 2.4.4 Link Purpose (In Context) and 4.1.2 Name, Role, Value standards

Removed "skipped design" to reflect that an update to design documentation or libraries is not needed.
