…e python:2-stretch image because there are no mongo-org packages for Debian Buster which is what python:2 uses. Updated the mongo-org and backports repositories to reflect the new image.

This PR updates the Dockerfile to handle changes in the python:2 image used previously. The python:2 image is now built on Debian Buster, but there are no Buster packages for mongo-org at this time. Image used is now python:2-stretch and additional apt repos are updated to reflect this change.
