This adds a new
manual = Trueflag to ticket events so that we can track events that were added during a manual scan. These events have forced timestamps, and this allows our operators to see that in case wonkiness needs to be resolved.This is required to support this PR: https://github.com/jsf9k/cyhy-commander/pull/6
