💡 Summary

The first sentence of the Crossfeed Terms of Use begins "Crossfeed is a free, self-service tool offered by the Department of Homeland Security …" Anna suggested to us that the use of the term "self-service" may be misleading. The second paragraph also refers to functionality that may have been dropped

Motivation and context

To ensure the language in the T&C reflects the current capabilities of the platform

Implementation notes

  • Review the current Terms of Use to validate that only current functionality is addressed in the summary paragraph
  • Confirm that the terms meet CISA's expectations and requirements of current and future users
  • Edit the Terms of Use accordingly

Acceptance criteria

The Terms of Use have been updated
