Automate-ui version bump from Angular 6 -> Angular 8

User Story

As a Developer, I want the Automate-ui ecosystem (primarily Angular, TypeScript, rxjs and ngrx) to remain up-to-date so that a large tech debt burden does not build up and we can always leverage performance and other improvements.

Definition of Done

With Angular 8 / TypeScript 3.5 ecosystem, Automate-UI and all of its unit and integration tests still function properly.
