I want to merge this PR (due to the scam link issue) but there's a breaking thing that needs to be fixed before this can be merged

sshrd only supports up to 16.0.3 ramdisks on Linux (16.1+ ramdisks are APFS)

this isn't the end of the world per-say, but Linux on 16.1-16.3.1 should use the 16.0.3 ramdisk... but using a 16.0.3 or earlier ramdisk on 16.4+ is an extremely bad idea because it'll break the SSV seal

the current steps aren't correct either - to be clear - but I don't think merging this as-is would be ideal either

(sidenote 1: for whatever reason I completely missed this PR when it was opened, that's my bad and I apologize)

(sidenote 2: the numbers all starting with 1 is intentional (site will account for that in normal numbering, and it makes updating it in the future substantially cleaner))
