Description

The application is built using javaScript, HTML, ReactJS, and CSS.

1. The navbar enables the user to navigate through the application.
2. The app has a tech tips to help developers get new ideas to help them in tehir tech work.
3. A user can also add any new tech tip tehy find helpful.
4. The app has a books feature to list books for various tech disciplines.
5. The news feature shows trenidng news in teh etch space.

Instructions

1. Clone the repository
2. Ensure you are in teh devnotes folder
3. npm start to run teh application on the browser.
