Tests for one VM, timing (waiting part) for eventlogs query, non admin user, ACL applied

2.8.9, : about 8-9 sec
2.8.11 : about 8-9 sec
2.8.12 : about 5-6 sec (admin user : same query : 433.22 ms...)
So the performance has effectively increased.
