Overview

This PR adds a new article to learn modular: "modular blockchains for beginners". It slots into the first position in the beginner section. Article ordering has also changed slightly.

  • values and first principles articles are now 2nd and 3rd in the beginner section
  • basics of modular article is now 1st in the intermediate section
