Kamal v2.1 adds support for ACME http-01 challenges so we should be able to turn SSL on and change Cloudflare to use Full Encryption. basecamp/kamal#1010

kamalv2.0no soporta ACME http-01 challenges para validar los certificados de SSL. Este tipo de challenge es necesario para para poder activar el modo Full encryption de Cloudflare.kamalv2.1añade soporte para este tipo de challenge, por lo que ahora podemos configurarkamal-proxypara que usessl.
