Make NPCs who fail to overmap path not try again #295

Closes #288

It does the hack I described: a NPC that fails to path on overmap will unset own destination.
It's OK because the player who would try to tell a NPC to path into unpathable location will get "no path" message, so this only affects NPCs who acquire the pathing mission from non-player sources.
