Purpose of change

This fixes inconsistent uses of sausage casings vs stomachs in sausage recipes, brings the general accessibility and utility of sausage casings in line with the rennet recipe, makes it a bit less of a pain in the ass to use stomachs as-is in sausage recipes, and finally lets you deal with those raw wasteland sausages the exact same way you can opt to deal with regular raw sausages.

Describe the solution

1. Expanded the booklearn options for sausage casing recipe a bit, allowing the mountain man and family cookbook to be higher-level sources of the recipe.
2. Reduced how many charges of casings you get per craft, from 60 to 20. That makes it 10 casings per small stomach's worth of material, still greatly more efficient that using the as-is.
3. Set it so that bratwurst, homemade hot dogs, and wasteland sausages can consistently opt to use either casings or stomachs, not just one or the other. Because it's explicitly less efficient to use stomachs directly this way, set it so that you only need a single small or large stomach, so you aren't forced to save up a pair of small stomachs.
4. Added cooked wasteland sausage. I noticed that regular sausage could be cooked if made raw or smoked, but wasteland sausage still only allowed smoking it.
5. Renamed wasteland sausage to smoke wasteland sausage, consistent with the distinction between raw, cooked, and smoked sausage.
6. Misc: Likewise set it so that fresh cheese only uses a single stomach, since it's likewise less efficient than using rennet.
7. Misc: Allowed mutant-sourced wasteland sausage to have an alternative name, since mutant offal is a potential option.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Should regular sausages and sweet sausages require casings/stomachs too? My thinking is they're probably closer to breakfast/Lorne sausages, basically caseless sausages to contrast with bratwurst being a very similar recipe except for including casings, so having regular sausages stay caseless is probably for the best to make bratwurst not redundant.
