Make Just Turing Complete

It's a bit sad to me that Just isn't Turing complete. If there's a feature that would push it over the edge into Turing completeness, and that feature were simple and easy to implement, I would add it for the lulz. (Obviously if you include the ability to invoke the shell as part of Just, it is Turing complete, but that's no fun.)

Just WHY would you want to do that? u want to get stuck in loop of undecidability?

the recursion thoughts quoted below feel equally mind-boggling. so, you got bored with "just a command runner" lol?

If recipes are allowed to have themselves as subsequents, this allows recursion, which is a step on the way towards making Just turing complete. (#792)
