Percy should test in white theme for 360px width as well

In 2023, we updated our Percy configuration to snapshot stories at a 1366px width across all themes and at a 360px width in the white theme only, due to a workstream to reduce Percy usage, that was to high at the time. This was the PR that did this change.

For some reason Percy is not running as expected in the 360px width. I opened this PR to test if Percy would catch this changes, but it didn't.

The code appears to be correct based on the docs. We need to investigate what’s missing or causing the snapshot not to run properly.
