Describe in detail the issue you're having.

Storybook does not load in IE11

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Go to https://ibmdotcom-react.netlify, (also doesn't work for the other netlify outputs, https://ibmdotcom-patterns-react.netlify.com, https://ibmdotcom-vanilla.netlify.com)
  2. See output
