Perform a full regression test of ibm.com Library - Carbon upgrade to 10.11.0

User Story

As a [user role below]:
ibm.com Library adopter

I need to:
ensure the stability of the ibm.com Library after the Carbon 10.11.0 upgrade

so that I can:
safely use the latest version of Carbon in my ibm.com application.

Additional information

• Background is contained in issue (Component: Upgrade to 10.11.0 of Carbon #1876)
• The Carbon upgrade must not adversely affect functioning of the components used by the adopters

• Browser versions to be tested: Tier 1 browsers will be tested with defects created as Sev 1 or Sev 2. Tier 2 browser defects will be created as Sev 3 defects.
• Platforms to be tested, by priority: 1) Desktop 2) Mobile 3) Tablet
• Mobile & Tablet iOS versions: 13.1 and 13.3
• Mobile & Tablet Android versions: 9.0 Pie and 8.1 Oreo
• Browsers to be tested: Desktop: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, Mobile: Chrome, Safari, Samsung Internet, UC Browser, Tablet: Safari, Chrome, Android

• Refer to pull request for the deploy preview links Issue (chore(release): update carbon to v10.11.0-rc.0 #1950) - Use the Package React and not Experimental environments
• Our goal is to complete this testing by the end of this week. The bugs created will be reviewed and prioritized to decide whether the fixes will be included in the April release.
• When creating any bugs from this testing, link them to epic (Component: Upgrade to 10.11.0 of Carbon #1876)

Acceptance criteria

• Accessibility testing is complete. Pattern is compliant.
• All browser versions are tested
• All operating systems are tested
• All devices are tested
• Defects are recorded and retested when fixed

Testing of the patterns was finished on Thursday April 9. Masthead and Footer testing is still needed. Their testing issues are needed and should be finished by the EOD 4/10.
