Technical Description

This PR introduces simple support for relationship based state management, utilizing dot.notation in state machine field definitions. Currently, the approach simply pulls some logic out of the underlying library we are using and adapts it to our needs, but we can discuss further what the next increment should look like (fork, creating our own state management, etc...)

Types of changes

  • New feature (non-breaking change which adds functionality)
