Libs(Update): Update all libs to the latest version

Overview

Example charm libraries are not updated with Renovate.
In this PR I update all the libs to the latest manually except Grafana. Updating Grafana breaks the code and requires us to create json files for dashboards.

Rationale

Example charm libraries are usually old and not synced between examples. In this PR I update them to the latest and in a future PR we will try to automate this process.
