Both with bionic and using ppa:mir-team/dev

This is working on both xenial+ppa:mir-team/dev and artful+ppa:mir-team/dev.

A bionic issue. Are we doing something that needs Mir-EGL?

Oh! This is the changed behavior of the glm default destructor.
