Use C8Run in the Spring getting started guide

Relates to #4301, which is still on hold and unlikely to be resolved for 8.6.

In the interest of using C8Run in this guide for the release, this PR does not include all the changes made in #4301, but only replaces the existing Java guide with the C8Run install. Additional content updates/edits/etc should be included in the more comprehensive #4301.

When should this change go live?

• This is a bug fix, security concern, or something that needs urgent release support.
• This is already available but undocumented and should be released within a week.
• This on a specific schedule and the assignee will coordinate a release with the DevEx team. (apply hold label or convert to draft PR)
• This is part of a scheduled alpha or minor. (apply alpha or minor label)
• There is no urgency with this change and can be released at any time.

Unfortunately the deploy tag is still down at the moment - this replaces the existing plain Java text with the new C8Run Install snippet.
