Hi tlohmar and Ricardo, I apprecite that you're interested, thank you. But i'm looking into the project charters, it seems that CAMARA suggest that contributors need at the minimum of three month contributions so as to be maintainers. I would like to invite you to join the project first, and then after 3 month, we can put you guys in the maintianers.

@ShutingQing @Kai-hw Thorsten and Ricardo are active contributor and maintainers in other sub projects and they are committed to support the sub project. I would consider it therefore as a win for the sub project to have them in the maintainer list. Formally you are right, but as the sub project hasn't yet startet the work, we could consider them part of the initial maintainers. Happy to bring this shortly up in the TSC for an approval if you see a need or there is no consensus within the current maintainer round about it.
