Seems like some things broke after #1610 was merged. This fixes those changed, and also makes a better bash script that allows us to remove a static
axi-generated-with-vec-add.futilfile. Still need the hardcodedfixed-vec-add.futilas that was one of the things that broke with the Single Port merge.@eys29 Want to try running this on your machine and seeing if it works? If so I will merge.
