Major bug fixes and a faster doom

Major changes:

• Doom no longer uses aniseed's module macro. This has considerably increased startup speed.
• No more doom reloading on the fly. This is to prevent unnecessary bugs and weird errors. <leader>hrr is obsolete now.
• Fixed a major bug where luarocks would not load. This prevented doom from loading until luarocks were installed with sudo privileges.
