1.32.1: Update dependencies and remove location features

• Target api level 29
• Ping google.com directly instead of an ip address
• Remove all features requiring the location permission. Google is making the restrictions of the location permission even tighter. I don't have the bandwidth, energy, or will to deal with this.

If you want to keep the features that require location permission (cell id, latitude/longitude, speed, kml export...) feel free to use a previous release available for download on the Github releases page here.
