First phase: replace current Study View in cBioPortal

For the past couple month, we have been working really hard to restructure the current Study View.
The first phase basically replaces the current Study View in cBioPortal by implementing all functionalities and fixing issues. At this moment, we are proud to announce that we are ready for the first release.

In this version, we have fully integrated the cBioPortal front-end API/cache service. It also opens the possibility for future to integrate multi-cohorts. iViz is big study friendly. It uses Vuejs as the framework to enable event-driven workflow. We also only load partial data initialize which helps to improve the performance a lot.
