Docker compose - https://github.com/cBioPortal/cbioportal-docker-compose uses the 4.1.13 version as the latest release. Release 5.0.1 (with SV support) is still in pre-release state.

Issue: There is incompatibility between the data updates and the data version that docker supports.
Docker deployment doesn't support the Structural Variant updates yet, and users pull the latest data from datahub (with latest SV updates), hence the imports fail on SV

Can we version datahub so the users can pull the data compatible with 4x release? or any such major updates in the future.
