Hello everyone,

I created a pipeline for myself to access mutations in the studies. I found that some mutations were annotated in the file data_fusions.txt.
Now after updating to the newest version of this repository all those 'fusions' files seem to be removed. What is the reason for that?
Where is the fusion information stored now?

Thanks in advance for any help!!

EDIT:
Ok I found the file data_sv.txt, which I guess stands for "structural variants". That file has the data which was before in the fusions file.
But there are still few studies which have either both (the sv and the fusions file) or only the fusions file:
\datahub\public\brca_mapk_hp_msk_2021
\datahub\public\crc_dd_2022
\datahub\public\mixed_kunga_msk_2022
\datahub\public\msk_met_2021
\datahub\public\rbl_mskcc_2020

all other studies should have only the sv file now.

Is there anywhere a documentation that explains these files? also whats the reason for the change?

@awesome-crab Thank you so much for bringing this to our notice. This is related to the planned migration to the new SV file format, and the deprecation of the Fusion format which is in progress. We will update you as soon as we are done with our migration. You can refer to our new SV file format documentation here.
