A C++ interface of AMGX for Eigen-3.3.9 and lower version on Windows with Visual Studio 2019
The latest release version of Eigen on 19.04.2021 has fixed the compiler bug on Windows with nvcc. Therefore, including Eigen from .cu file is possible and the interface can be simplified.
