Description
Adds 64-bit .lib builds of FTDI and pdcurses, also adds a new
x64architecture option to Visual Studio.Motivation and Context
Working on getting Dragorn421's python wrapper to work with Windows, and apparently I needed a 64-bit version of UNFLoader for it to work with 64-bit python.
